Egypt’s presidential complaints office opens its doors

Hope they’re well staffed:

“The official Complaints Diwan(complaints office) opens on Saturday with long queues of citizens in the Abdeen district of downtown Cairo.

Egypt’s newly-sworn in president, Mohamed Morsi, called for the Diwan following endless gatherings in front of his presidential palace for days right after his inauguration. Another Diwan was also established in the Qubba district, home to the presidential palace.

People rushed to the Abdeen office from all over Egypt to file their complaints in spite of the sweltering heat.

Some Egyptian citizens complained of neglect, claiming that no one was around to help.”
