Ilhan Omar Calls for the Protection of a Notorious TERRORIST Organization
Mrs. Omar has publicly called for the protection of Hormuud. Yet Hormuud Telecom has been mentioned as a sponsor of terrorism, not once, not twice, but many, many times.
What is Hormuud?
Hormuud Telecom Somalia Inc. is a private Somalian telecommunications company founded by Ahmed Nur Ali Jimale in April of 2002.
The United Nations Security Council’s Report of the Secretary-General on the situation in Somalia, dated 20 July 2009, contained the following paragraphs involving the activities of Ahmed Nur Ali Jimale, his company Hormuud and his direct support for al-Shabaab, a jihadist militant Islamic terrorist group in Somalia:

Most Palestinians want to keep the conflict going until they destroy Israel
In a recent poll by the Palestine Center for Public Opinion in partnership with The Washington Institute of Near East Policy, a large majority of Palestinians said that the top priority for the next five years should be either “regaining all of historical Palestine for the Palestinians from the river to the sea” or “achieving a one state solution” – both of which would eliminate the Jewish state.

You Can’t Go Home Again, Ilhan Omar
Rep. Ilhan Omar’s mysterious marital life has been much written about. Was she a bigamist? Was she married to her brother? It’s unclear, but not unlikely. At a minimum, she seems to be playing musical husbands — or is it lovers? The latest seems to be this fellow:
A Washington, DC, mom says her political-consultant husband left her for Rep. Ilhan Omar, according to a bombshell divorce filing obtained by The Post.
Dr. Beth Mynett says her cheating spouse, Tim Mynett, told her in April that he was having an affair with the Somali-born US representative — and that he even made a “shocking declaration of love” for the Minnesota congresswoman before he ditched his wife, alleges the filing, submitted in DC Superior Court on Tuesday.
The physician, 55, and her 38-year-old husband — who has worked for left-wing Democrats such as Omar and her Minnesota predecessor, Keith Ellison — have a 13-year-old son together.

Video: ‘SNL’s’ Pete Davidson Under Fire After Calling University of Central Florida Students ‘F**king Retarded’
SNL cast member Pete Davidson is a far-Left activist who got a Hillary Clinton tattoo:
Saturday Night Live star Pete Davidson is being called out by University of Central Florida officials after the actor-comedian went on a profanity-laced rant in response to people in the audience purportedly pulling out phones during his stand-up set.
“I don’t have to be here. I can just give them their money back because I don’t give a fuck,” Pete Davidson is seen saying in a video of his Monday performance at the Orlando, Florida, school. “So, like, whenever somebody else comes to your fucking town and wants to perform and is exhausted and flies all the way to the middle of fucking nowhere — to do jokes for you little privileged little assholes, don’t fucking ruin the show for people who actually want to be here.”
The audience began to clap but was immediately interrupted by Davidson, who wasn’t finished with his rant.
“Don’t clap. Because like half of you did it,” he said of those who pulled out their phones. “That’s what’s fucked about our generation. ‘You were the one filming, moron,’ That’s why we’re embarrassing. That’s why the world is going to end in 25 years because you’re all fucking retarded . . . Idiots. You should fucking grow up. It says no phones . . .
“I have to have my fucking boy patrol you guys like you’re five years old? That’s fucking embarrassing,” he continued. “Where’s the next generation? Don’t you want adults to respect us? Don’t you want your parents to like be proud of you? You know how fucking embarrassing it is to be our age and walk out and know everybody thinks you’re a fucking idiot? Grow the fuck up.”

“KILL TERFS”: Vancouver’s women-only rape shelter vandalized with death threats, rat nailed to door
A Vancouver rape relief shelter alleges they have been the target of vandalism and death threats over their “woman-only” policy.
Photos shared by the official Vancouver Rape Relief & Woman’s Shelter Twitter account show several threats and messages scrawled on the centre’s windows like “KILL TERFS” and “TRANS POWER”.
“TERF” is a slur word for “Trans Exclusionary Radical Feminists,” or feminists who believe that women who are born biologically female face oppression and have a different lived experience than those born as men.

Notorious anti-Zionist Moshe Machover calls for ‘overthrow’ of Israeli state
One of Labour’s most notorious anti-Zionist campaigners has called for the “overthrow” of the Israeli state and called it “historical invention” to claim that Jews were expelled from the region 2,000 years ago under the Romans.
Moshe Machover – who is Hampstead and Kiburn Labour Party’s elected political officer – used a speech at the Communist Party of Great Britain’s (CPGB) annual Communist University event in central London on August 18 to say: “People are afraid to say it.
“Imagine Jeremy Corbyn saying the Palestine/Israel conflict should be resolved by first of all overthrowing the Zionist regime – the Zionist regime is the obstacle. Obviously it is.”
The Tel Aviv-born activist’s contribution to the week-long event at Goldsmiths College was a lengthy lecture entitled ‘One state, two states – two impossibilities’ in which he described hopes of a two-state solution as a “deception” which “should be exposed.”
Mr Machover – who has previously escaped expulsion from Labour over his involvement with the CPGB in a high profile case in which Mr Corbyn’s office admitted intervening – also used his latest speech on the Middle East to dismiss claims around the Jewish right of return to Israel.
In hugely inflammatory remarks as he discussed why he supported calls for Palestinian refugees’ right of return into modern-day Israel, Mr Machover said: “They claim the right of return of the Jews to the Holy Land after 2,000 years.
“Jews supposedly expelled from Palestine – actually it never happened. It’s a historical invention, fiction.”
He added: “Their ideology says that Jews were expelled by the Romans 2,000 years ago. But not the right of return of the Palestinians after 70 (years).”
Arguing why the Palestinian right of return must be among anti-Zionist campaigners’ list of demands, Mr Machover said it would also be resisted by Israel because ultimately their return “would destroy the Jewish character of Israel”.
He told the audience that there were “good people” who had backed calls for a two-state solution merely because it “looks good so why not support it.”
But he added that “now the deception is coming to an end.”
Mr Machover then turned his attention to arguments over the establishment of a one-state solution but insisted: “The Zionist regime is not going to accept a one state solution that is anywhere near equal rights.”
He then added: “Anything that gives equality would require the overthrow of the Zionist regime. Which is revolution.”
Then taking issue with those who suggest a one-state solution could echo the “rainbow nation” of South Africa, Mr Machover said: “A Marxist cannot avoid looking at the situation from a Marxist point of view. South Africa was very different.”
He then suggested there was no way of “overthrowing the Zionist regime without the consent and participation of the Hebrew working class.”
Saying that he would not see this within his lifetime, Mr Machover said he believed there would be uprisings across the wider Arab regions in countries such as Egypt and Syria.
Mr Machover claimed that eventually the “Hebrew working class” would be prepared to give up their national rights as Israelis to become a part of the wider new regional working class.
The JC has approached the Jewish Labour Movement and Labour for comment.
Earlier this year, the JC revealed how Mr Corbyn had “raised concerns” about Labour’s initial decision to expel Mr Machover from the Party in October 2017 after a controversial essay he wrote about the Nazis and Zionists was distributed at party conference.
The Labour leader complained in October 2017 to then General Secretary Iain McNicol about the expulsion of Mr Machover, who was later readmitted, after receiving “many complaints from members to the party”.
Mr Machover’s article, which appeared in a magazine produced by the Labour Party Marxists group, which is closely linked to the CPGB, quoted Reinhard Heydrich, the architect of the Final Solution, to support the notion that the Nazis supported Zionists before the Holocaust.
Labour’s John Mann and Holocaust Educational Trust Chief Executive Karen Pollock were among those to attack the publication of the article and called for those linked to the group to be expelled from the party.
Mr Machover was initially expelled from Labour under the party’s auto-exclusion rules which bar membership of another political party.
But he argued he was not a member of the CPGB despite having articles appear in their Weekly Worker newspaper and his regular appearances at the their events.
Labour sources confirmed Mr Corbyn’s office was involved in Mr Machover’s case but insisted staff made the decision to reverse his expulsion, not the leader himself.

Gang Rapist Says He’s Too Depressed To Be Deported
Lawyers for a 30-year-old immigrant convicted of gang rape are arguing he is too depressed to be deported back to his home country of Somalia.
Yaqub Ahmed, a Somali who was granted refugee status in the United Kingdom, was convicted for the 2007 gang rape of a 16-year-old girl living in London. He served nine years in prison alongside three other men who took part in the brutal rape. Ahmed is due to be deported back to Somalia, but his lawyers claim that he is unable to return to his home country because he is feeling depressed and suicidal

Hong Kong activists booted from Montreal Pride parade after alleged pro-Communist threats
Henry Lam was looking forward to marching in Montreal Pride’s parade with a group of activists supporting the pro-democracy movement in Hong Kong.
Lam moved from Hong Kong to Canada eight years ago in order to marry his husband; he wanted to express the solidarity that LGBTQ expatriates have for the reformers back home.
But one day before the parade, organizers barred his group because of unspecified threats from backers of China’s communist regime.
Montreal Pride told Lam it had received information from police about “a potential attempt to sabotage the parade by pro-Communists” over his group’s participation.

Man, woman charged after loaded gun left in ride-share
A recent arrest offers more evidence that Toronto is awash in guns.
Toronto Police say a bag left behind in a ride-share vehicle contained a loaded handgun.
Around 11 p.m. on Friday, police say a man and a woman put several bags into a ride-share car in the Eglinton Ave. W. and Dufferin St. area.
When they got to their destination, they left one bag behind.
The bag, which was turned over to police, allegedly also contained ammunition and cash. It is also alleged that the gun’s serial number had been tampered with.
Kingsley Dowrin and Vanessa Cosentino, both 19, face various firearms-related charges while Dowrin also is charged with two counts of failure to comply with probation and with recognizance.
In a press release about the arrests, police reminded the public that discarded bags “should always be handled with care as hazardous materials can be located within them. If there are concerns, police can be contacted to assist with securing the property.”

Traffic cameras helped lead police to charge cafe owners accused of staging hate crime
Cameras mounted on transit buses, street lights and at Home Depot led Winnipeg police to look at the owner of BerMax Caffé and Bistro and her family as the perpetrators of an alleged robbery and hate crime and not the victims as they had claimed, newly released search warrant documents show.
Police initially believed BerMax owner Oxana Berent had been assaulted by an intruder and her restaurant robbed and vandalized with swastikas and anti-Semitic graffiti in April.
Her son Maxim called 911 claiming he and his father Alexander discovered his unconscious mother in the ransacked restaurant after a routine trip to Home Depot. All three were charged with public mischief days later, after police alleged video footage and ADT security system logs told a different story.
Investigators believe the Berents provided police with false and misleading information, wrote Winnipeg Police Service Const. Ryan Toyne in a search warrant affidavit which lays out the police version of events.
Police got court orders for the Berents’ cellphone records and communications, information from the alarm system in the restaurant and Wi-Fi routers as part of the investigation.
“I suspect that Maxim and Oxana stayed at the BerMax Caffé while Alexander drove to Home Depot,” wrote Toyne. “I suspect Maxim/Oxana staged the robbery/hate crime.”

Black Conservative Headmistress Hits School Results Jackpot; Left Throws Tantrum
Children at an inner London state school in one of the roughest, most deprived, ethnically diverse parts of Britain have won spectacular results in their exams.
But instead of celebrating the children’s success, the left is spitting blood.
Why does the success of the Michaela School so infuriate the left?
Because though the headmistress Katharine Birbalsingh is black, she’s the wrong kind of black: a conservative who doesn’t believe in playing the race card or identity politics.
Because though the kids come from largely working-class, migration-background families, they are the wrong kind of working-class immigrants: ones who don’t know their role is to be victims and to blame their failures on racism and government inaction.
Because though the results are some of the best in the country, they were achieved using the wrong kind of methods: not the “child-centred”, supposedly creativity-nurturing, discipline-lite laissez-faire approach as recommended by the leftist educational establishment — aka the Blob — but with teaching methods so rigorous and demanding that classes are like a cross between a Trappist monastery and a Marine boot camp.
I know because I’ve been to visit the Michaela School — anyone can, with a bit of advanced notice — and was utterly blown away by what I saw.
It’s non-selective (so it can’t be accused of cherry-picking the best local talent); it’s most certainly not in a wealthy catchment area (very few of the kids are white; only one in the entire school is middle-class; many if not most of the girls wear hijabs); and it receives the same per-pupil funding as any other British state school. Yet astonishingly, its first ever GCSE results (the exams taken by British 16-year olds) were among the best in the country.
These are children who, had they gone to your average state school, would have had their studies disrupted by kids who didn’t want to work in classes run by teachers who couldn’t keep discipline. It’s highly unlikely that they would have done anywhere near as well.
So what, exactly, is Michaela School’s secret?
It’s no secret at all, really. Good teachers and good schools have known it for generations, but decades of dominance by “progressives” have largely consigned these methods to the dustbin of history.
Basically, it boils down to discipline; dedicated, enthusiastic, teacher-led classes; hard work from the children; traditional, rote-learning methods including times tables, grammar, and regular tests, strict marking, and no “all shall have prizes” rewards just for turning up — no excuses.
I sat in some of the classes. They are conducted in near-total silence. Only the teacher is allowed to speak. The pupils only speak once they’ve raised their hand and have been invited to do so by the teacher. There’s lots of eager competition to answer any questions the teacher asks (academic attainment is valued; no one thinks it’s cool to slack or do badly).
Between classes, pupils move swiftly (but running is banned) and silently. Lateness is punished. So is turning up to school with incorrect uniform or without the correct stationery or textbooks. (Most of the textbooks are produced by the teachers themselves — the ones available on the market being deemed insufficiently rigorous).

U.S. ‘focused’ on helping release 2 Canadians detained in China: Pompeo
The U.S. government is working “diligently” to help release the two Canadian men detained in China, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said Thursday while on a visit to Ottawa.
Pompeo, a high-profile member of the Trump administration, is meeting with Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Foreign Affairs Minister Chrystia Freeland.
Before heading into closed-door meetings, both countries made it clear China would dominate the conversation.
Canada has been soliciting help from foreign allies in the ongoing dispute with China to release businessman Michael Spavor and Michael Kovrig, a former diplomat on leave. The two were detained in China late last year after Canadian officials arrested Chinese telecom executive Meng Wanzhou at the Vancouver airport to face possible extradition to the United States.
